An Alternative Kenyan
This Kenyan has a profile that is both familiar and alternative to what I expect Kenyan coffees to be. The savory traditional notes are replaced by a rich, earthy caramel wrapped around walnuts, dried figs and plums. The resulting cup is brooding and deep, not savory and not sweet, yet somehow both savory and sweet. A joy to sip!

That morning coffee, brewed it for ya
Bought this for my new journey into espresso. Followed brew guides and had to trial and error a bit with grind but this delivers a nuanced double-shot that is balanced and complex. On the pourover side, the bright citrus notes shined with V60 and Sibarist filters.
