Perfect slow afternoon reboot
I love a good breakfast coffee with a rich thick body flavor, but whats hard to find is the right afternoon lighter coffee with more floral notes and that perfect tea like finish. I drink my morning coffees too quick, but in the afternoon pick me up, I can enjoy a little more. You can really drink this coffee slowly because the cooler it gets, the better it gets! Even at room temp or cooler, it’s just purely enjoyable.

Balanced and pleasant
This is a very nice morning sipper. Plenty of tasting notes but still nice and balanced.

A Dynamic and Fruity Guatemala!
I've always looked past Guatemalan coffees but Valor sold me with the price and description of this one and I'm glad they did! The aroma of the of the coffee after grinding was juicy sweet blueberries and raspberries. My pourover resulted in a cup that had watermelon and underripe wild blueberry notes up front with a slight herbaciousness and a semi-sweet, earthy finish.
