Tungsten "Heavy Pack" – 18g / 22g / 28g Tungsten Weights

How heavy is too heavy?

The only issue I have is trying to figure out the optimum weight and the ultimate impact it is having on balance/agility on the kitchen line or depending on the other types of shots I am hitting in game. I know that 28 is too heavy for me but not sure if 22 is just right or whether to drop down to 18. Hard to detect now.
