So, I’m a carnivore with fondness towards good beef. Wagu in Japan, hand raised Angus in the States, etc. , etc. My first test order (2 strips) was the best - equally as good as any of the big steak houses here in Dallas…excellent packaging - arrived hard as a rock - I’m ordering a supply as I write this.
