This was a replacement order for a damaged item included in a Mega Mystery Pack. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that these packs are sold “as is” and are generally non-returnable, but they agreed to replace the damaged item anyway. While it took several attempts and multiple channels to connect with customer service, they ultimately took care of the issue, and I appreciate that they made it right.

I just started wearing RM underwear and have fallen in love with them. Huge recommendation to anyone who is looking to be wrapped in the most comfortable underwear out there.
