Gave an more authentic feel to my home arcade project
This was a missing piece for my retro arcade project, and it not only looks great with the light up coin slots but being able to wire it into my 3rd party encoder for functionality was excellent. Note: if tying it into a 3rd party encoder that does not use spade connectors, you may be in for some soldering or tinkering - but it does work!

Easy to install, high quality
The coin door was perfect for my setup. I added it to a Arcade1up big blue mod. For the perfect sound effect, I just added a small aluminum baking sheet to the bottom of the cabinet. Cables included allowed me to map buttons as backups in case I ran out of coins :)

Not a design-flaw but….
I ordered two of these, for the right slot on both if pressing reject would then snag and get caught up which to me doesn’t seem “normal” or “expected”. After testing one I reached out to support (they were very quick to send me out a replacement) but on testing they both did this and then sent a guide of modding with washers to one of the screw mounts which mostly fixes the issue, the email was very keen to say that this is “not a design flaw”. So maybe they should update the manufacturing, adding the needed washers or make available the fix info at time of purchase. If this happens when fully assembled you would need to open the door to fix and carry on using the coin slot. Support said “ What you’re seeing is actually expected behavior and not a defect. Functionally, the unit is operating correctly and will continue to work without any issues in normal use. That said, if you’d like to tighten up the physical alignment to prevent the off-center movement you’re noticing, there is a simple mechanical adjustment that can help. The only effective fix is to add a thin felt washer to the screw that holds the bracket in place. This adds a bit of resistance and keeps the button more centered during operation. A couple of important notes so everything is clear: The replacement unit I sent will exhibit the same behavior, as this is part of the current design. You do not need to return any units to us. If you’re comfortable adding the felt washer on your end, that should resolve the alignment concern you’re seeing. To reiterate, the unit is not defective, and both the Coin Mech and Coin Door are functioning as intended. Please let me know if you’re able to try that, or if you’d like any guidance on where to place the washer. I’m happy to help further. Best regards,” I am still not sure how pressing a button to reject and it getting caught is “normal” and “expected” but overall happy with the speedy response and customer support. So I am leaving this here in case it helps anyone else.
