Despite the origin of the infamous phrase, this cable adapted worked as advertised right out of the box. Manuals and detailed instructions were easily available online.

My first time ordering from them and my first adapter i received would only detect 1 of 2 players, after testing on pc all controls verified working so had to be the adapter. I reached out to let them know and received a reply the following day. In less than a week I had a replacement adapter which works great with no issues. My experience with customer service was problem free, prompt, courteous and professional. I would have no issue purchasing from them again

Doesn't Work

The X-Arcade lights but adapter does not light. Have a support ticket but was told it would be a while.... Not too happy.
