Nasturtium Seeds - Phoenix

Almost no germination, none survived

Maybe it's where we live (Houston), maybe I just have bad luck with nasturtiums, but only a couple seeds from this pack, as well as the Alaska Salmon pack actually germinated, and the few that did didn't survive beyond seedlings. I tried all the nasturtium germinating tricks: soaking overnight, filing the side, clipping the end, but they just would not sprout! Very disappointed.
