Good To Use | Bad To Pack or Ship
This is my second Feedback Sports bike stand. I had the one typically used to clamps to the top bar or seat post for a long time. Worked well for me. Easy to use and came with a travel bag to protect it. This one works better for me for my carbon frame bike with through axle wheels. While it is setup and I am using it, it is great. But, the act of putting away or transporting is terrible. Metal hits metal and causes marks. My old one didn't have this issue. I probably owned it for the better part of 20 years. I also had to return the first two (of the new one) I bought because of the amount of damage that comes from the design and poor packaging. The whole thing was very poorly thought through and tested - for use and transport. It also no longer comes with a travel case.

Great Bike Repair Stand
I purchased the Feedback Sports Sprint repair stand to work on my Trek Madone Gen 8. I was very concerned about how or where I was going to clamp the bike in a standard stand and not damage the carbon. After doing some research I determined that I needed a European style stand hence the Feedback Sports Sprint stand. The stand is fantastic it was easy to setup and use. The bike fits securely and is easy to maneuver and is very stable. It is well built and of good quality. I am very pleased with my purchase. Highly Recommeded

Buyers Remorse
Although this repair stand is made well with quality materials, its design / ease of use is seriously flawed. Specifically its use of 3-3mm Allen key pan head bolt to secure the adjustable bottom bracket cradle. I removed the stand from its shipping box and setup the stand. So far so good! Then I tried to adjust the āBB Cradleā by first loosening the 3-3mm tiny Allen key bolts. They were āEXTREMELY tight. I manage to get two loosened but ended up stripping the third one. SO STUPID! Why were these tiny bolts installed so tightly at the factory. Why so many bolts to secure an adjustable cradle when 2 or even 1 bolt would be sufficient to secure this cradle. After all there is no force acting agains this cradle under normal use. Why use 3mm bolt when a 4 or even 5mm bolt would be far less likely to strip? Now I have to drill out the bolt, and use a screw/bolt extractor, which I first must buy, to remove the stripped bolt, Making matter worst, I must also buy a cordless drill to accomplish this repair. I am disgusted with the poor design of this repair stand and Feedback Sport. I expected a much better user experience than I received. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
