I placed an order for this fragrance on November 27, but it was returned to the warehouse. I contacted customer service, and I must commend them for their exceptional assistance. They are responsive and provide comprehensive support. After their intervention, I received my tracking number within approximately three days. The fragrance bottle has undergone a color change, and the cap is now heavier, fitting seamlessly onto the bottle. Upon initial application, I detected notes of ginger incense, resinoid coriander, and tobacco. As the fragrance settled on my skin, these notes persisted, complemented by the addition of vanilla, oud, cedar, and vetiver.
