Level 3 Step-Through Ebike

Great Ebike

I’ve had this bike for about 3 weeks so still getting used to it but so far I love it. The step through is so easy and I don’t have to worry about tripping as I get on or off. Bike is easy to use, with great features.

Love the bike - shipping choices and build instructions need work

The bike is great, took it for a 12 mile round trip to a farmer's market and beat the trip time in my car. Love the power assistance and everyone says its a good looking ride. Receiving everything I ordered has been a challenge. Using USPS to ship the accessories ordered at the same time (or included) was a mistake as its been several days and they still aren't here. Tracking shows typical USPS issues of the package bouncing between two facilities in LA and then again in Atlanta. Just put them in the box with the bike or ship the same way on the same day (FedEx). Now, the assembly instructions... some of us are GenX and actually want (large) printed instructions for assembly, not a video or the teeny tiny text in the user manual. The video is easy to follow but requires stop and start to perform the task at hand. Also, the player used does not easily allow backing up 10-15 seconds, relying on a slider bar that (for me) was moving the video in minute increments. I would have preferred a large fold out set of printed instructions to a video.

Bike was perfect except the headlight didn’t work. Still very mich enjoy the bike.
