The device itself works great for stress and anxiety relief but the app you need to use is clunky and makes you pay a significantly overpriced fee for access to the majority of the tracks. Given the cost of the device there really shouldn’t be a subscription fee.

So far I'm enjoying the device. It's still early days but the combination of the sound spaces and the vibrations from the machine really do add a sense of calm. I've probably not experienced it's full benefits after only using it a handful of times, but so far it's helped when I've felt some sense of anxiety and made me feel calmer after.
