Best option I've found, offering the nutrition without the unwanted taste or texture, I put it in all sorts of things, even my morning Chai.

Worked great during labor. Unfortunately it must have fallen right after because I found it hours later on the floor broken in half. I think someone must have stepped on it. So in the future I would purchase this product again.
