My purpose for ordering was to fulfill my sisters Christmas present request, I ordered her the body glove and a body oil, and decided to get myself a glove, body and facial oil. I made a middle of the night order while exhausted, and ordered what I thought was "the wrong order/not my order" when I opened the package. The customer service team was so kind and responsive and helped me with such ease to fix my mistake. Not only is their CS team (Sally & Angela) phenomenal, but so are the products! I have shaved my face for years, and for the first time in my life I shaved without knocking my face! Typically I have anywhere between 2-4 cuts on my face after shaving, but not anymore! I've used it when my skin is dry as a little extra moisture and its all around amazing. The body glove and oil are also wonderful and I will definitely be a return customer!

the shipping was so quick and the note was so kind! plus the product is amazing! I have sensitive skin and it hasn't broken me out, it left my skin silky soft!
