Creed Aventus Absolu Decant Sample

I ordered a sample decant of Creed Absolu Aventus, but what I received was completely unacceptable. The liquid opens with a harsh, synthetic chemical smell and evaporates off the skin in under 60 minutes. As an Extrait-concentration fragrance, authentic Absolu Aventus is known for long-lasting performance, which I verified in person at an authorized retail counter. When I reached out to customer support to address this performance defect, the seller completely stonewalled the issue. Rather than addressing why the sample fails to perform, they hid behind a generic batch photo and gave a condescending response—telling me to simply shop elsewhere instead of offering a resolution or refund. Extremely poor product quality and dismissive, unhelpful customer service. Save your money and buy from a reputable seller who actually stands behind what they sell.
