Wave Solo is a brilliant device for tense or painful areas of the body. You can use it free style or connected to the app for preset programs for example pre sleep or workouts. There are three intensities and the highest intensity is very powerful. It has been helping my ankle with an old sprain injury and the swelling has started to reduce.
