Blue & White Rose Bouquet

Hello, I am extremely disappointed with the flower arrangement I received for my daughter’s graduation. I specifically ordered a white and blue bouquet, but the arrangement delivered was completely different from what I selected. In addition, the flowers did not appear fresh, which made the bouquet look poorly prepared for such an important occasion. The message card was also not written as requested, which added to the frustration and disappointment. This was meant to be a special gift for my daughter’s graduation, and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations at all. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, whether that is a replacement bouquet matching the original order or an appropriate refund. Please let me know how you plan to address this matter. Thank you.

These roses were sent to my daughter for her college graduation. She absolutely loved them!
