Positive - on time and reliable Negative - the flowers I ordered for my bestie congratulating her on her engagement did not look fresh and looked like they were dying. I tried to take a pic but looks worse in person. I have heard great things from this company and have received beautiful flowers before but this time it was a disappointment….

The driver didn’t post a picture of the delivery so I wasn’t able to see the condition upon arrival. Different drivers have different ways of conducting the deliveries some are better and more communicative than others.

Amazing delivery and customer service. Will be ordering more in the future. My partner was very pleased.
