Langham Riser Recliner with Heat and Massage - Grey Chenille Fabric

The review is for the process rather than the product. I ordered from Mobility Plus because it was next day delivery and my mother needed a new chair quickly. The order was late and only arrived after I phoned every day at least once. The chair eventually arrived a week late from another storage facility, to be closely followed by another which was presumably the original one. This was then collected, only to be redelivered again in error. The customer service team answering the phones were very apologetic and very polite but ultimately they seemed to have no influence at all with the distributor (DX), and seemingly struggled to get through to them. When they did they were told it would be on an urgent delivery the next day, which never happened.

My husband is happy with his armchair, very comfortable, he can put it in different positions, now he doesn’t use the bed because he sleeps better on the armchair. Many thanks

Hi about the chair, seat is comfortable back rest isnt, centre cushion could do with being wide, raiser fine and relaxer fine, for me because i am off my feet and can only stand after being raised by my arms the absence of, say short wooden protrusions from the arm rest for me to grip would be of great help. For me getting the chair was a case of suck it and see as i had not tried one before. I find the vibrating massager setting great as I spend all day sitting. Hope this is helpful
