My daughter shared this amazing product with me and I love it. I am 60, and my hairstylist cannot get over how fast my hair grows - as do my nails. I love it! My favorite thing about it is that creatine AND collagen are combined into ONE easy packet! That makes it super easy to consume both important elements in one simple beverage! I normally take mine in the mornings with hot water and I add a packet of electrolytes. Yum! I’ve always struggled with how to get my collagen in and now that I’m also realizing how much I need creatine, too, I was dreading how in the world I was going to be able to commit to both every single day.
