Good results so far

I was recommended this by a friend also trying to keep running, strength work and working all while going through Menopause. I have to say, and I was sceptical, but after 2 weeks the brain fog is occurring less, I’m sleeping really well and training better which probably helps the sleep as well. Very happy so far…
