Kozlik's Market Mustard

Excellent Variant of a Yellow Mustard!

I bought this as it was called for in one of the many recipes here and was unsure of its exact flavor profile so I figured I should follow the recipe the first time exactly... To my surprise, my family members said this was the best "yellow" mustard they have every had!! Looking at it closer, it appears to be more than just "normal" yellow mustard. This is more of yellow mustard blended with a kind of ground, whole-grain (brown) mustard. It was very appealing for them (I personally don't care for yellow mustard, ya I know that's wierd) so they highly recommend it!

I might be bias but mustard is one of my favorite condiments and this mustard is at the top of that list.
