S24 - Matt Cexwish Dark Bronze

Excelent metalic. Great coverage even over white. Very smooth application. I would put this one up there with the Vallejo metal color airbrush paints, except it’s thicker and feels more like an actual paint, where as the valleo ones feel like you’re painting with watery glitter. The metal Color end result is some of the best metalic effects in miniature painting, but they’re not really fun to apply in my opinion. Feels like you’re paintingwith watery glitter. The other Monument metalics that I’ve tried (bright gold and copper) are fine. They’re better my other metalics (old VMC, old VGC, AP piaints (WPF and speedpaint)), but they’re not as good as this dark bronze. They can be slightly streaky and not as good at covering in one pass. The Pro Acry Magnesim is really good like this dark bronze, too. Maybe the darker metalics just cover better, I dunno.

One of the best metallic paints I have had the pleasure of using so far! Cannot wait to try more in the line. Such a beautiful, smooth application and color, and when paired with the oxide and lighter shades of Bronzes *chefs kiss*
