Questoris Knight No-Drill Magnetization Kit

The package arrived in good condition and the content is nicely labeled so instructions are clear to follow. Sadly the tolerances are so tight its impossible to testfit and very difficult to get the magnets to sit flush with the resin parts. I had hoped to make magnetizition with this kit easier, as I magnetized another Knight myself already before by drilling and inserting magnets myself. Because it took a long time I thought this kit would make it easier on myself but now I wish, I had just done it on my own again, with a better result.

The magnets and parts are of high quality, though I do think the instructions could be easier to follow and the pieces break too easily, especially when the magnets are intended to fit flush. The arms are entirely optional. If you have one knight then magnetizing the arms probably isn't needed and because you have to clip off the pegs, you can't reverse this once you start. We regret doing the arms. The magnets come off really easily even with the strongest super glue we can get, so we just leave the arms attached at all times. The missile pod parts are really difficult to fit properly, even with the alignment tool. It would have been worth making the connector go across the entire missile pod piece, so it's more sturdy.

The resin tolerance made drilling a necessity for most parts. The extra rings were needed And ended up using some broken ones. With all that said after 14hours drilling green stuff and custom magnet rigs it looks good And I still have some extra magnets for later use this would be perfect with out the tolerance issues.
