I am a pro painter, concentrating on Historical 28mm figures. The magnetic bases are excellent for batch painting. I use them to hold figures without bases like cavalry. A good product and a good number of sticks. I attach them to the box they come in as a base for air brushing

Great idea, better price.

This magnetic base and metal case with alligator clip tops is a great idea for managing small part gluing or painting at a price that is even better than a popular competitor. Lots of uses for this set.

Extremely versatile and useful but chips paint

The alligator clips work exactly as described and have allowed me to better paint minis with the sub-assembly method. However, when a clip is attached to a mini for too long, removing the clip tends to remove a small chip of paint with it as well.
