Z-Wave Water Shutoff Valve Package

has exceeded my expectations!

The valve so far has exceeded my expectations and the price was very reasonable. It's actually a real ball valve with an actuator, not one of those over priced do-hickeys that clamps on the pipe and turns the existing valve. This valve gives that warm fuzzy feeling and you know it'll actually do the job it's designed for. I can't believe I hadn't found Innovative Home Systems before now but I can assure you I'll be patronizing them for all my home automation needs in the future!

Great prooduct for cheaper than the total built all-in-one solution. At first I was concerned that the power supply that is described as 15V was actually 17.5V but the relay device can handle up to 24V so its not that big a deal, except I still don't trust it and used a different power supply that outputs what it states it is
