Configuration is confusing

I Configured the firewall but it doesn't allow any traffic to pass whatsoever. The GUI is nice, but it's easy to get lost in. I wish there were tool tips for all of these options. Overall, great product, quick shipping, and a decent GUI. Wish there was a more in-depth guide for how to set up proper rules and how to de-bug the issues you may run into

Netgate review

It is a learning curve for sure but it definitely does what it is supposed to. As I get more and more used to navigating the GUI it becomes easier.

Everything you could want

Great basic firewall, has everything I want in a firewall all laid out in logical ways. I don't get why anyone would pay license fees for basic enterprise environments while Netgate exists.
