I did not actually get this part of the order but i did get the other part and everything was as promised. They promptly gave me a refund for the original amount for this partnof order and have been extremely pleasant.

Best steak out of the 3 I purchased

Can't believe Im saying this about this cut of meat, but it was the star of the show at my birthday dinner. Went with Australian Wagyu for all 3 cuts. Got a NY strip steak, a filet mignon, and this guy, the flat iron. It was the most flavorful, tender, and juicy piece of the 3. There were 4 meat lovers there, and everyone agreed the flat iron of all pieces was the head honcho. Bravo, would definitely order again.
