The product itself is great, and good quality. The only issue was the tools, and screws to put it together were not in any packaging and laying all over the box and parts. The parts also was not labeled which made assembly a little difficult. Other than that,once put together it’s been a great product. My husband really likes it

The product arrived quickly in good condition. Mine was missing the uniform hooks, but I reached out by email and they shipped a set of those within 24 hours. 10/10 for customer service! The vest hook is a bit small for my vest, but overall the product is very functional and exactly as described.

Bought for my partner's birthday and he absolutely loves it! Great way to keep his gear together in one place!! Also, I love how convenient it is to place in our home versus having to anchor it on a wall.
