Go Secret Storage Full Length Sliding Concealment Mirror

We are very pleased with our purchase of your concealment mirror. The quality is excellent and installation was easy once we received the locking mechanism which was supposed to be included with the mirror but was left out. Your company’s customer service could certainly be improved. We immediately contacted your company about the missing lock and we were told that someone would be in touch with us right away about how to proceed. We were not contacted and it became necessary to make several phone calls to several different people none of whom seem to have any idea how to remedy the problem. The most concerning issue was that WE had to make ALL the contacts. No one would ever return calls with instructions on how to fix our problem. Communication is NOT your selling point. Thankfully, you do have a unique, high quality and easy to install product which we will recommend to friends/family with the stipulation to not expect good customer service.
