I like that these are like sweets wine gums but softer.I would say that all the supplements taken by having 2 a day means that they would only last 15 days (in essence 2 wks) so quite expensive. It would be better if the quantity allowed a container to last at least a month. Its too early to say whether there is a change or not,probably take a few months.Delivery was quick and efficient customer service.
