Amplify Core Gossamer® Lash V2

Love the lashes as always, truffle makes the set just a little softer. The new style band however, is awful. Supposed to be thinner, but is also wider. It's impossible to get out of the case without breaking at least 20% of them. Have reached out to customer service to voice this, but was basically told that these are better and that the broken ones can be used for stacking. The small peices do not stack well. They become crooked easily, and also fall off easily. So with the new bands, I waste about a quarter of the lashes I buy now. Never had an issue with the old bands.

Amplify Core has been my go to lash for over 2 years. They’ve always been fab, long lasting, I’ve even laundered them and reworn a few times. The last purchase was disappointing. So many lashes have broken and/or the band has kinked. I read the band had been made thinner and have been ultra careful in my handling, but it just seems like a whole different quality of lash.

Love how the lashes feel so light, but it's too delicate that I've broken a few while trying to remove them from the cartridge. Some of the cartridges are so tight, it takes some strength to pry it open, and in the process, I have broken lashes. I've tried removing the lashes using my fingers, I've tried prying open the cartridge and also tried removing with the applicator – all attempts almost always end up with at least one broken lash :( Wished there was a different way these lashes are stored. I've been using lashify for years... and would really like to see improvement in storage.
