Granitestone pan is great

Finally found a pan that does the job. No food sticking, easy to clean and heats evenly. I also bought the 10 piece set and the knives that came with that are fantastic. Only thing I watch out for is that the handle gets a little hot so have to use a pot holder sometimes when grabbing the handle. Wonder if they make a cover that goes around handles. I will check around on that. Love the pan and the entire set. Best pans I’ve ever had!!

Improved coating

I love these pans! They heat up fast & clean up very easily. Most important thing is not to put water on it until it cools down ! This helps keep the coating on the pan.
