Natural Beeswax Bread Bags

Too waxy!

They are working well so far to keep my homemade sourdough bread fresh, and not spoiling after a few days (unlike the plastic ziploc I was using)! They are so coated though with wax that chunks come off all the time. I have another beeswax cloth from years ago that never seemed to have this issue. The bag looks “dusty”. I’m not sure that the wax mixture or coating process is the best.

Thank you so much. I’m new at making sourdough and made my first loaf which I put,when cooled, into an Amazon beeswax bag. Or one they said was natural!!! My bread was stale with in 36 hours.
