Lemon Turmeric & Kojic Acid Soap

The product itself is fine…good even. But Im rating the company a 3. It took almost 2 weeks for them to even ship the order and when I inquired about, I was given a generic response about shipping taking 5-7 business days…..which was also aggravating because the small print on the website says 3-5. I sent that to them and requested an update on when it was to be shipped and they did not respond. They eventually shipped it 12 days after the order was placed. No apology, nothing. Ive been in customer service for 20 years and that is not how its done. I probably won’t shop here again.

Love how my skin feels after using this product. It feels clean and bright!!

I like it, will order more.
