Relaxing and Gentle, but Not a Miracle Sleep Aid
It doesn’t instantly put you to sleep, but it definitely helps with relaxation when paired with good sleep habits. The only downside is the price for the size, but overall it feels like a nice self-care treat. I’d recommend it if you’re looking to build a relaxing nighttime routine.

Helped with my sleep
