I’m almost out again!

I love this kit. I wake up at 5 sometimes and use a little spray or roller and I’m back snoozing!! This routine really works for me every night!!

Disappointing for heavy stress, but has a few minor perks

I was really looking forward to trying the Sleep Well kit after seeing so many positive reviews. Saje’s advertisement mentioning feeling "tired but wired" completely caught my attention, and I truly hoped this set would help. Unfortunately, my stress levels must be on another level because this didn’t work for me at all. My main issue is that while I fall asleep quickly, I wake up around 4 AM and can't get back to sleep, leaving me completely unrefreshed. I also ordered a 10ml Sleep Well Roll-On additionally, which I regret. I didn't return it simply because I lacked the energy to deal with the hassle of online returns. There are no Saje locations here in Montreal (likely due to strict local language laws, which I understand), making an in-person return impossible. The valerian root scent in the roll-on is incredibly strong and overwhelming, which actually prevented me from relaxing before bed. To keep the smell as far away from my nose as possible, I have resorted to applying the roll-on to my feet instead. On the positive side, the Goodnight Grounding Mist smells lovely, though the scent unfortunately disappears just seconds after spraying it on your face. I have also used the bedtime coconut & shea body butter on the soles of my feet 3 to 4 times. It has a very thick texture, so I have to wear socks to bed, but my feet do feel wonderfully soft in the morning. Lastly, the kit comes with a very cute, decent-sized pouch that I appreciate and will definitely reuse for my essentials. I'm glad this set helps countless other people, but unfortunately, it just didn't work for me.

I did buy this for a friend who has sleep concerns. She finds it very calming.
