I have used this several times now and honestly its quite good at calming my hot flashes. I carry one in my purse at all times and i keep ine next to my bed. When i feel the hot flash coming I immediately start rolling it on my neck and chest. Within a few minutes the heat is gone and a cooling feel remains. I highly recommend others give this a try.

Game changer!
Oh my goodness this is my new favorite thing in life. I bring it everywhere with me and it helps me cool me down quickly. I also put it on before bed and it helps me sleep, I think because it feels so calming and I love the cooling sensation.

Instant Cooling
