My go to sleep remedy

This works. I've been using it for yrs. Only downside is the expense, it's doubled in price since is started using it used to be $20 for the roller and now it's around $38.

Not what I expected

I purchased the sleep roll on - the directions on the roll were impossible to read I called the store and she gave me the directions I’ve used it for a week as directed and still wake between 2-4 I was hoping to get at 6-7 hours straight

Wonderful oil!

I use this on my kids at bedtime to help them fall asleep. Great product. One loves the scent, one hates it, but we use it all the time.
