Better than a sleeping pill
Oh my goodness , this stuff is the bomb ! I use it on my kids and myself . Absolutely love love love

The product works well. It’s got an earthy scent which I enjoy, and somehow calm my racing thoughts and drift to sleep as i sniff into the pillow. One star deduction for the spray head though, which is a bit hard to use.
