Disappointed with the Case Quality

I purchased two sets during the Boxing Day sale intending to gift them to friends. Unfortunately, one of the green case was poorly made, with crooked stitching and a misaligned zipper. It’s not presentable as a gift, which was very disappointing! I reached out to customer service via email to report the issue, but I haven’t received any response yet.
