Missing Order
The rating is strictly for the customer service I received. My original package arrived unsealed, and I received an empty envelope, so my order was either lost or stolen. I contacted customer service and a replacement was sent, but I only received one bottle instead of the two I originally ordered, which required me to reach out again for the remaining item. Overall, the process was far more frustrating than it should have been, and I am not impressed with the experience. That said, the customer service representatives were professional, responsive, and quick to resolve the issue without any pushback.
