Great product. Works well. If you have 1 inch hole plates I think it would work a bit better than using the adapters on 2 inch plates. I didn't want separate weights just for this so I'm using 2 inch plates.

Best adjustable dumbbells ever

I’ve been looking forever for a cost-efficient dumbbell solution for my home gym that offered a pro-style dumbbell experience. The Adapta-bells are exactly that. Great feel and adaptability to whatever plates you use at home are the biggest strengths. The only caveat is that changing the weight can be a bit slow and tricky, especially at first. However, after a couple of workouts, I became much quicker and more adept at it. Highly recommended!

Max handles for max gains

These dumbbell handles were a great investment for my home gym. I paired them with a set of CAP standard weight plates and with the max handles I’ve got a pair of dumbbells that can go up to over 140 lbs each. The extension sleeves were redesigned and are rock solid. They’re heavy and made of all steel. Feels like a product that’s built to last. This setup has been great for my workouts and gives the most comfortable dumbbell experience I’ve had since working out in a commercial gym. Highly recommend the max handle bundle!
