Battery Seat - i6 - Top + Keys

It took me years to come to you. I had somehow misplaced my key that kept the battery locked in place. When I finally reached out to you a new lock set and keys was in the mail. When the lock and key arrived I took it to the local bike shop and he took out the old lock with some difficulty and installed the new one. I feel so fortunate that you still had a lock and key that would work. My Magnum bike is over 7 years old, purchased at a bike shop on the other side of the state.

I got the parts really fast. Now the challenging part of getting the lock assembly off without the old key. I will attend carefully to the illustrated instructions that Magnum emailed me. I'll report back on how it went.

I got the bike from a friend and he lost the key for the battery. I reached out to Support and Carter was amazing in helping me get the correct lock set for my bike. He also sent detailed instructions on how to replace it which worked out great when I took it to the bike shop for them to do it. There was a question about it and he responded quickly A+++ service.
