My favourite cut of steak and these were just as I hoped for... juicy, lean and full of flavour. The ability to buy direct from the farmer is such a win.

Love the flavour, but the cutting of it is not consistent. I would prefer to purchase the whole eye fillet and then cut it to my liking. The last couple of orders had 2 proper cuts, then the rest were like off-cuts. Aging a little longer would also be an advantage
