Pecan Wood Chunks

I use these, along with Cherry Wood Chunks for the majority of my smoking. Both woods give a great smoke flavor without being overpowering, like you can get with Mesquite or Post Oak. I will use Apple Wood Chunks on occasion, but my 'go to' chunks are pecan and cherry. You can still taste the meat and not just the smoke. ATB packages these in a decent sized bag. Shipping is fast too. Very happy with this product from ATB!

Pecan Chunks

Perfect size, the wood is well seasoned and burns cleanly. Perfect for lighter proteins like chicken and pork ribs. My favorite fir ribs is a combination of pecan and cherry.
