Cherry Wood Chunks

These are my 'go to' wood chunks for the majority of my smoking. Larger sized than other brands I have tried, and they are seasoned well. I use two chunks of Cherry and one chunk of Pecan in my Stump's gravity smoker. For an extra long smokey cook I add another round of chunks. I am very happy with the speed of delivery and the size of the bag that ATB provides.

Perfect size

These chunks are the perfect size for my Stump's gravity feed smoker. As with all the Cattleman's wood chunks, they are seasoned and give off a nice clean burn, woth no acrid taste from wet or moist wood. The cherry adds a nice color to pork ribs and shoulder too.
