Nice Addition

Certainly not a necessity, but this is a nice addition to the YS640S. Enables vegtables to be cooking while something larger in on the main grate.

I really like the half shelf for grilling steak. I can use the top half shelf for slow cooking and then move them to the grill grate for searing.

You Need This!

I use this shelf most of the time. It makes smoking ribs, pork butts and most other meals much easier because it is not in the way, and it easy to place just where you want your meat for maximum smoke. Plus it is much easier to clean!
