Half Depth Shelf is a great addition to YS480

The Half Depth Shelf for the YS480 is the same top quiality as is everything Yoder. I have no doubt that I will be using this even more than the full depth shelf.

Got this 1/2 shelf for 1 Rack of ribs. Also Chicken. Works great.

Great addition to an already amazing pellet smoker. I will probably use the half shelf as much as the full one. Great to have an option depending on your cook.
