SLEEP XT | SLEEP & RECOVERY

So I buy a lot of shawstrength products and this is the first one I can't do. Even less then half dose I wake up at 3 am kicking my legs. Then at 6 am like I was hit by a truck hauling whiskey. The other supplements I've bought and still buy are amazing. I will say this is a me problem as I gave it to my wife and she slept fantastic.

I don't like this supplement, but that's my fault for not noticing it had melatonin in it. It DOES make you fall asleep, which I like. But, it actually makes my sleep much worse, I'm waking up every 1.5 to 2 hours, during the time I am asleep, its a very light sleep, and I wake up very groggy the next day. I've never liked any melatonin supplements, so I'm not surprised I don't like this. I think if they made this minus the melatonin I would like it, as I've tried most of the other ingredients for sleep before and liked them. If you like or even just don't mind melatonin, I'd highly recommend this stuff. The taste is pretty good too. My experience would warrant a 1 star review, but I gave it 4 stars because it is a good product and does what it says it will do, but again, it was my fault for not reading more carefully before ordering.

Great ingredients resulting in great sleep and recovery! I do wish it didn't have any colors/dye in it. But otherwise definitely recommend the product!
