I have not used this product because I read the instructions that were with the package, and my type of hair loss will not be helped by your product. I tried to return the two items, but no one responds to my emails. They were quite expensive. I have not used either one of them and would like a refund, as I requested on my earlier emails to your company. I am very unhappy with how your company is dealing with this. . please respond or I will have to contact my credit card company to provide me with a refund. Bonita Kaplan
